Customers will not be required to pay any customs charges.

6. Cancellations

7. Damaged Shipment Claims

If your order arrives damaged:

  • A complete unboxing video recorded at the time of opening is mandatory.

  • You must report the issue within 2 days of delivery by emailing admin@kalico.store

  • Approved damage claims will be exchanged with a new product at no cost.
