At KALICO, we prioritise fairness, transparency, and compliance with UK consumer protection laws. This policy outlines your statutory rights and our internal procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds.


1. Returns 

We are a homegrown brand and currently do not offer returns because reverse logistics would heavily impact our margins.

We provide a detailed size guide to help you choose the right fit. Every product also goes through strict quality checks before dispatch to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition.

If you face any issue, please email admin@kalico.store and we will try our best to resolve it for you.


If you receive a product with genuine damage, we will replace it with a new one at no extra cost.

To qualify:

  • The damage must be significant (not minor marks, small scratches, or natural variations).

  • You must email us within 2 days of delivery at kalicostoreuk@gmail.com.

  • You must attach clear photos and videos of the damage for verification.

Once approved:

  • Pickup will be arranged free of charge.

  • Your replacement will be processed within 1–2 days.

2. Processing Time

Once your exchange is approved, we process it within 2-4 business days.


3. Misuse Prevention

We reserve the right to decline exchanges in cases of repeated misuse or if the product does not meet the above conditions.
