1. Returns
If you receive a product with genuine damage, we will replace it with a new one at no extra cost.
To qualify:

The damage must be significant (not minor marks, small scratches, or natural variations).

You must email us within 2 days of delivery at kalicostoreuk@gmail.com.

You must attach clear photos and videos of the damage for verification.
Once approved:

Pickup will be arranged free of charge.

Your replacement will be processed within 1–2 days.

2. Processing Time
Once your exchange is approved, we process it within 2-4 business days.
3. Misuse Prevention
We reserve the right to decline exchanges in cases of repeated misuse or if the product does not meet the above conditions.
